mom's can't do that...can they?
Tonight I didn't have any plans so I decided to do some cooking. The agenda 2 kinds of soup. Cheese & Corn Chowder (yum) and Barley Lentel Stew. The stew recipe calls for 1 quarts of tomatos. Well the canned tomatoes I have don't come in quart cans and I have no idea how much that is. So after looking through a couple cookbooks and finding no answers, I decide to call my mom. She would know.
Guess what her response was. "You should know that". She then proceeded to quiz me on how many cups in a pint and how many pints in a quart. I failed. She laugh and told me 4 cups.
So are mom's allowed to make fun of their children's ignorance?

I can set up some tutoring sessions for you if you'd like. I have a great visual to help you remember. Of course, the going rate for tutors is about $20-$25 an hour. And since your mother obviously failed at teaching you this concept, I think she should foot the bill. ;-)

You could call me and I would not laugh! I cook a lot and still call my mom for lots of questions, and write down the simple things.I can't remember that stuff either! So don't feel bad, you know a lot of other things your mom wouldn't know!!!
