cleveland rocks, pt 3
It was another fun day in cleveland. Starting with a yummy breakfast of waffles made by Bryan. After we all got ready , it was time for lunch at the Waterstreet Grill. I had angel hair pasta with tomatoes. It was a neat place, but the waitress wasn't very good. She seemed to get upset when we asked her to split up the check. Then she ignored us while we were waiting with our credit cards. No tip for you!
Next stop SPACES. This is an art gallery. There were some interesting exhibits. The best one was about abandoned shopping carts. Someone had categorized all the different ways carts are abandoned and made an official looking chart. It was too funny.
The Westside market was our next stop. We decided to buy stuff to eat later. I got XX sharp cheddar cheese. It was really good. I also got chocolate covered pretzels and a chocolate covered jalapeno pepper for Adam. Courtney got feta olive spread and olive bread. Yay for rhyming food. We also got courtney cheese and crackers. Of course it wouldn't have been complete without a red pepper.
No trip would be complete without a stop at Costco. This one is much bigger than the one in harrisonburg. Dinner was at Liquid Plant. I had a mango smoothie and a pita apple sandwich.
We spend the evening watching movies and eating all the food we gathered. Good times!
I need to tell you about Courtney's new friend Bev. On our way home from Max's (thursday night), she decided that her cheesecake was so good, that it should have a name. The name should not be gender specific. After many attempts the name Bev was decided on and the Cheesecake so named. Courtney was able to enjoy Bev several times on friday. :)
We weren't sure which day to head back. There's lots more to do in cleveland, but some practical reasons to get back on saturday. After much contemplation we decided to head back later today.
