I got up and did some pilates. This seems to be a good plan for the week of bible school. Next week i'll do something a little more intensive.

i did weight training for my chest and shoulders. then 10 minutes on the eliptical.

Thursday I did 25 minutes on the eliptical machine.
Friday I did weight training for arms.

yesterday I did the new weight training that Lynley taught me. Boy am i sore today.

this morning I ran 1.5 miles in 17minutes.

Sorry that i haven't written in awhile. Nothing too exciting has been happening. I have been mulling some issues and blog entries so you should have some interesting things to read soon. I promise to write a nice long entry this weekend. Seriously I do promise. :)
